National Childbirth Trust

National Childbirth Trust
(abbr the NCT)
a British organization that aims to teach people about the process of having babies and about looking after them. People who are having their first child can go to NCT classes, often in the teacher’s home. A woman may learn, for example, the best way of breathing to help her to relax when the baby is actually being born.
