Goon Show

Goon Show
a British comedy radio programme, broadcast by the BBC in the 1950s. It consisted of jokes, songs and situations that were full of surprising and ridiculous humour, and had an important influence on the development of British comedy. The actors and writers, Michael Bentine (1922–97), Spike Milligan, Harry Secombe and Peter Sellers, were called the Goons.
