Golden Treasury

Golden Treasury
a book (1861) of English poetry. The poems were chosen by Francis Turner Palgrave with some help from Lord Tennyson. It had an important influence on future collections of poems, and on what the British public considered to be great poetry. Later editions were larger and the book is still published today.
