the largest oil company in the world. Exxon was formed in 1999 when the Exxon and Mobil companies were joined together. It sells its fuel and other products under a number of different brand names, including Exxon, Esso and Mobil. Worries about the company’s activities in relation to the environment led to the StopE$$o campaign by environmental groups.
