Boundary Commissions

Boundary Commissions
the four British government organizations (one each for England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) which decide the boundaries of constituencies. They recommend changes to the boundaries so that the average population of constituencies (about 70 000) remains the same in spite of population movements.
