Bell's Law (bĕlz) n. Anatomy
1. An axiom stating that the anterior or ventral roots of the spinal nerves are motor and the posterior or dorsal roots are sensory.
2. The neurological law that, in any reflex arc, nerve impulses are conducted in only one direction.
