Norris, George William. 1861-1944.
American politician. A U.S. representative (1903-1913) and senator (1913-1943) from Nebraska, he was instrumental in the founding of the Tennessee Valley Authority (1933) and drafted the 20th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which limits the President to two full terms.
