She is supposed to have been the original of “Lady Bellair” in British prime minister Benjamin Disraeli's (Disraeli, Benjamin, Earl Of Beaconsfield, Viscount Hughenden Of Hughenden) novel Henrietta Temple and of “Mrs. Leo Hunter” in Charles Dickens' (Dickens, Charles) Pickwick Papers.
