Sector Skills Development Agency

Sector Skills Development Agency
(abbr SSDA)
an British government organization started in 2002 under the slogan Skills for Business which provides money and support for a network of Sector Skills Councils (SSCs). They are organizations made up of employers, trade unions and professional groups within an area of business in order to develop the skills needed by businesses, by improving training and working practices among workers.
