Plain English Campaign

Plain English Campaign
an organization started in 1979 which encourages the use of clear language in public information so that it can be easily understood. Their symbol, the Crystal Mark, can be used on documents to show that they are written in plain English and the Campaign also gives awards every year for the use of clear English.
